Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates. We use real-time pricing through USPS and UPS to ensure accurate costs for every order. Wholesale and bulk orders may follow separate shipping terms confirmed during processing.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled from our current tested lot.
Once payment clears, our team packs and hands your order to the carrier as quickly as possible.
Timing may vary based on workload and carrier schedules. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Packaging & Tracking
All orders ship in discreet packaging via UPS or
USPS. Tracking is provided once your shipment is on its way. Large orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Returns & Cancellations
Due to the sterile, lot-controlled nature of our product, we do not accept physical returns of any kind — opened or unopened. Issues are resolved through replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Changes
We begin processing immediately after payment.
Contact us right away with your order number if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications once the order is with the carrier.
Damaged or Missing Items
Contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue. We'll review and arrange a replacement or credit if warranted.
Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect quantities ordered. Adjustments are considered only for documented damage, loss, or shipping errors.
Stalled or Missing Packages
If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier. If marked delivered but not received, check with your front desk or mail room first, then contact us with your order number and tracking details.
